Highbridge Vista Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
