Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Austin, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
