Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Quill Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Austin. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
