Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Austin, TX)

Nova Wren Arts Center is an arts centre in Austin with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 646 people based in Austin. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
