Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Cobalt Property Management manages apartment communities around Atlanta. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
