Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Lakeside Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
