Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Quill Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
