Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Lakeside Facilities looks after properties across the Atlanta region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
