Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Rowan Civic Services Partners is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on budget submissions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
