Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
