Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Granite Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
