Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Orchard Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
