Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Albuquerque, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
