Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Linden Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Albuquerque, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
