Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Hospitality Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
