Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Albuquerque. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
