Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 683 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
