Westbrook Timber Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
