Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Harbor Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Albuquerque presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
