Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Cedar Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
