Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bright Linden Facilities Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 818 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
