Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Wichita with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
