Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight River Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Wichita. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
