Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Virginia Beach area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
