Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vale Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
