Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
