Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Tulsa. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
