Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Sable Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
