Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone West Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Tucson, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
