Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Umber Facilities Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
