Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Hollow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Tucson, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
