Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Basin Facilities Group is a facilities company in Tucson with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
