Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Toledo. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
