Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ridge Property Management Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
