Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Toledo. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
