Northwind Umber Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on public records and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
