Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Cross Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
