Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Toledo. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
