Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tampa, FL)

Summit River Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tampa, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
