Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Basin Civic Services Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on public records and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
