Cedar Willow Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
