Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Drift Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
