Greenridge Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
