Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Linden Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
