Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Hospitality Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
