Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Spokane area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
