Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Fox Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Seattle, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
