Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
