Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Union Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 309 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
