Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Timber Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
